Hi. I’m Christopher.

hey, it's me! — Why yes, this was taken in my favorite Chinese restaurant while I was waiting for some Hunan chicken. Why do you ask?

This website is primarily designed as a photoblog and catch-all to keep me motivated and to prevent me from going crazy.

I currently live in Brooklyn (but I grew up right outside Detroit).

Here are a few things (besides photography) I’m fond of: coffee, sushi, black t-shirts, selvedge, Apple computers, Radiolab, This American Life, riding on the subway, listening to people converse in languages I can’t understand, toy robots (especially really old ones), rainstorms, parenthetical asides, and crossword puzzles.

My favorite movie is The Big Sleep.

My favorite musician is Tom Waits.
